During this session, we will enjoy a relaxed, worry-free climb. Instruction on the use of specific equipment and the keys to climbing and securing safely.
We will be able to glimpse what climbing offers and provides.
Carried out in a comfortable sector, we will have our time to relax, observe and participate in the manoeuvres and techniques with accompaniment.
We will organize cars the day before, leaving Barcelona or the sector where we will climb.
It cannot be considered a course, we would need another session, more practice internalizing and automating gestures and actions.
Here we will talk, expose techniques, tactics, equipment and manoeuvres, but absorbing and internalizing this knowledge requires more emphasis in specific terms.
What will we learn?
We will learn to lead a climbing session by seeing the different parties involved.
