Course from scratch, about climbing

We spend a weekend in the Montsec area, two days of sport climbing where you will learn everything you need to get into the mountains and climb their walls.

We will organize cars according to the number of people registered, it is essential to bring crampons.

From Askendo we facilitate the reservation of accommodation, or you can accompany us by bivouac.

You have to manage the food and sleeping, but we will help you!

• Safety equipment, basic use of the Grigri.
• Ropes. Brief explanation of the function according to diameter and buying advice.
• Harness, does not require much explanation, but we dedicate a brief note to it.
• Quick draws. Correct orientation and plating, rope and carabiners.

Technique:

• Visualization, projection of the body on the wall.
• Taking holds, gestures.
• Foot position, body orientation.
• Belaying: dynamic belaying, weight difference, porting.

Logistics:

• Topos reading
• Orientation of the wall.
• Grading of routes.
